In part two, I highlight the importance of IP online and uses the example of Sedo, the domain name aftermarket, which has pioneered a proactive approach to rights and TM protection with their Rights Protection Programme. I give tips on how to trade domains in a responsible way and how trends in online advertising have impacted our online behaviour. I also address the growth in new TLDs and reiterate a YouGov survey, which recently found that over 60% of online consumers favour a .uk web address when shopping online.
