It’s surprising that this post generated a lot of email to me today, as the paper has been live and available on Nominet’s site for several weeks now as part of the published papers from the last PAB meeting – I suppose it underlines what I referred to as the PAB’s lack of visibility….. People’s views seem to be very polarized…
